I hate Fox

Well, Fox has done it again! It cancelled yet another Tim Minear show without even giving it a chance to grow. Like Wonderfalls, Drive was a show with an interesting premise and intriguing characters. So, will Fox release a DVD of the show? Or, will we never know the outcome, à la Reunion. Sadly, Nathan Fillion and Tim Minear have proven once again that they are TV show killers....Miss Match, Firefly, Wonderfalls - RIP.

end of winter?

I think I can safely say that we have finally come to the end of winter! Today's temperature is supposed to be 15 degrees! It looks even more promising for the weekend - up into the 20's!

Perry King

I was flipping channels on the weekend, and what did I happen upon but The Prize Pulitzer starring Perry King. I loved this movie as a teenager! Yes, cheesy 80's TV movie of the week. As I watched I thought, whatever happened to King. I haven't seen him in a while. He was always a character actor, but I appreciated his work. I watched Riptide as a child just for King, but was never a fan of his cheesy 70's mustache. Last night I settled down to watch Sunday's episode of Brothers and Sisters, and who showed up as a guest star on the show, but Perry King. He is still sexy at 59, even if he has, presumably, had a little nip and tuck.

will it ever end....

Well, here we are. April 11, and more snow is forecast. Luckily I live below the 401, so it looks like it is just going to be rain for me. But north of the 401 has snow in the forecast, and lots of it! I realize that this winter had a slow start, but it doesn't mean that it has to hang on forever and ever.
